Description: Jelički Dukat Plum is an old Serbian plum toast with a strength of 45% v/v, which has been aged in oak barrels for 12 years. Obtained from the best varieties of plums from the orchard of the Prodanović family from the village of Pridvorica, on the eastern slopes of the Jelica mountain near Čačak. It is stored in cellars where the optimal temperature and humidity provide the best conditions for the maturation of brandy. Oak barrels, usually with a volume of 500 liters, in which the brandy is aged for years, are responsible for the formation of the specific aroma and tasty properties of this drink.
