Aperol is a bittersweet liqueur originating from Italy. It is produced from medicinal plants, among which
orange, scallion and rhubarb stand out in particular. It is light orange in color, with a low percentage
alcohol (11%) and in combination with white sparkling wine refreshes with its unusual taste.
Aperol is the king of aperitifs, full of refreshing taste, with multitudes
aromatic, bitter and earthy notes that build on the dominant aroma of orange.
Velvety and nicely balanced texture, with a long herbal finish and pleasant bitterness
bitter, which compared to other bitters is more fruity and worth experimenting with.
