It contains 120 grams of sugar, but one hundred grams is from the cherry itself due to the special technology used to make the liqueur. One part of the sour cherry macerated for a year in alcohol, and the other part is the cherry distillate, with which it is combined at the end. The result is a great complexity, a fantastic, strong and concentrated pure smell of cherry, which, with its preserved color and quite high acidity, delights the first time you meet it.
