(water of life) of distillates obtained from 100% of the Ugni Blanc grape variety, which comes from the Borderies appellation,
Fins Bois, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. Distillates are aged for at least four years.
The complexity and specific aromas and flavors of this cognac are ideal for relaxed enjoyment, and it is often integral
part of the cocktail. House of Hennessy recommends several recipes for cocktails that contain this particular distillate.
