Indigo gin is a novelty in the range of Akademska rakija. A product that saw the light of day under the watchful eye of our technologist and broke all the prejudices of "colorless" gins.

Top quality juniper is macerated in a mixture of fruit distillate and ethanol of agricultural origin with the addition of citrus fruits and aromatic herbs from our area. After maceration, it undergoes quadruple distillation and as such distillate is aged and enriched with the flower of a plant from Indochina.

When you mix Indigo gin and tonic, magic happens.
