Description: The wine of the "Sauvignon Blanc" variety called "Sonata Icone" was fermented in an oak barrel of 500 l. Specially treated oak from the "Icone" series of the French producer "Seguin Moreau" ennobled and additionally influenced the wine to acquire its own value and originality.
