Description: White dry organic wine produced golden yellow in color with a crystal shine and a luxurious aroma of ripe stone fruit, apricot, peach and nectarine, followed by notes of domestic quince and pear, with a hint of citrus in the background. Fresh, drinkable and mineral wine, varietal character, with a long and beautiful finish. It is recommended with fish, mature fatty cheeses and cured meat appetizers.
