Serbian premium gin for real gin lovers. It is made according to a traditional recipe
of dry London Dry Gin, made from organic fruits of domestic Serbian juniper, specially grown
exactly for that purpose. Typical of London Dry Gin, and JUNE 93 LONDON DRY GIN
it is made from natural ingredients, unsweetened and mixed only with water. Distillery
located in Žiča, near Kraljevo, near the old medieval town of Maglič and the first Serbian one
archbishopric during the reign of Nemanjić. Juniper berries are harvested by hand in natural areas
with the springs of Pešter, they are sorted and after careful analysis and selection they are brought to the distillery. They dry on
hot air and turned by hand, only after that they enter the average gin production. That
what seems particularly interesting is the fact that they are in terms of quality and botanical properties
organic Serbian juniper berries of even better quality than the famous juniper berries in Tuscany, from which
also produces gin.
Overemphasized, competing botanical and artificial flavors JUNE 93 LONDON DRY GIN
replaced with clean, fresh juniper. To perfect the recipe itself and obtain a product that
today we know it took as many as 93 series. The result is something quite extraordinary. Next to
the dominating juniper, you can smell pine and eucalyptus with a hint of mild acidity,
which give this drink a special charm during the summer. Sweet notes of vanilla and cherry are completed
with the gentle warmth of cardamom and cinnamon and hints of peach, pumpkin and lavender.
