Loch Lomond 12yo Inchmurrin 46% ABV, is named after the island of the same name on Loch Lomond, which is also the largest freshwater island in Great Britain. The whiskey is produced in straight neck casks and aged for 12 years in three different types of American oak barrels (bourbon, refill and re-charred) and is non-chill filtered. The aroma is very fruity with predominant pear and caramel. The taste in the mouth is orange, peach, apricot, caramel and vanilla. The final taste is a faint pepper taste. The whiskey is a double gold medal winner at the 2022 World Spirits Competition in San Francisco, and a gold medal winner at the 2020 International Spirits Challenge.
