Description: Hand-harvested bunches of jilavka were additionally selected in the cellar, after which they were cooled and pressed whole. The must was cooled and settled overnight, followed by cold fermentation under controlled conditions. Very intense aromas with floral notes, as well as notes of pineapple, tangerine and honey. A refreshing, medium-bodied, mineral wine.
