 Description: Late-harvest Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with prolonged fermentation in a controlled environment produced a wine with a brilliant bouquet that only develops when you decant it and let it settle for 30 minutes. This wine has the potential to age so that it will gain character every year. It goes well with red meat, dishes with truffles, stronger cheeses (especially goat). It will also fit into a busy day when, at the very end, you drink it slowly in the silence of your room, with your feet up and with your favorite music or movie.
