Terms of Use

These Terms of Sale define the process of ordering, payment, delivery, and returns or complaints for goods offered on our website. The Supplier (Seller) is Petar Vasić PR Atlas Wine (Vinoteka Atlas Wine).

The Buyer is a visitor to the webshop who selects at least one product, adds it to the cart, and sends an order to the Seller or sends an order and pays for the item via cash on delivery (COD).

Purchasing via the webshop https://atlasvinoteka.com/ allows customers to order all products available on the Seller’s pages. All prices include VAT, and the currency is Serbian dinar (RSD). Prices listed on the webshop are valid exclusively for online purchases.

Products are ordered via the cart, and orders are irrevocable. If the seller is unable to deliver all ordered products, available products will be delivered, and the Buyer will be notified by email or phone with information about the delivery of the remaining products. • In person, at the Vinoteka Atlas Wine premises (Vojvode Stepe 224).

  • By calling: 069 2787 227.

  • By sending an email detailing the complaint.

The Buyer is required to provide the invoice, a copy of the invoice, a remote sales agreement, or any other proof of purchase when submitting a complaint. Although the law does not require the Buyer to keep the packaging, nor is it a condition for resolving a complaint or a reason for refusing to remedy non-conformity, it is recommended to keep the packaging for safer transport of goods.

After filing a complaint and providing proof of purchase, the Buyer will receive a written or electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of the complaint, along with a statement indicating the reference number under which the complaint is registered.

If the complaint is accepted, it will be resolved within 3 days from the date of submission.

The consumer loses the right to file a complaint if the products are handled improperly or if there is damage to the original packaging, label, protective cap, etc.
