Description: At the Fantinel estate in Tauriano di Spilimbergo, in the Friuli Grave area, a certain territory and climate are so generous that they give the grapes rare qualities, especially for sparkling wines. From a dedicated single vineyard, with a very low yield per hectare, careful hands select the healthiest grapes that the harvest has brought. Light crushing allows the precious rich juice to be extracted, which is fed directly into the "autoclave" steel tanks to start the fermentation and, in one cycle, the sparkling process with the aim of enhancing the primary aromas of the fruit. After 120 days of maturation, Fantinel “One & Onli” Prosecco is ready. Being unique - this is the call of Fantinello "One and Only" Prosecco. The opening notes are fresh citrus such as lemon and grapefruit, followed by notes of white flowers and green apple. On the palate, it is dry and balanced, with a pleasant creamy structure. Crisp taste with notes of citrus, green apple and white peach. A persistent and refreshing finish.
